Aftermarket Reinforced Shock Support Bracket for BMW F800GS

This is a CNC-machined Rear Suspension Bracket is designed with the highest CAD software precision, to replace the original BMW stock part. It is built with corrosion-resistant 6082 T6 aluminum.

Aluminium alloy 6082 is a medium strength alloy with excellent corrosion resistance. It has the highest strength of the 6000 series alloys. Alloy 6082 is known as a structural alloy.

It is well known, that some heavy off-road riders bent their rear shock support bolt while riding harder off-road tracks. The original part, is designed to do “some” offroad.
As the name of the bike says, “GS” stands for “Gelende und Strasse”, which in german means land and street.
So, a bike part that is designed for street use and some off-road, will not perform 100% while using the bike in serious offroad conditions.

To overcam the problem of the rear shock support of the BMW F800GS, we designed this CNC-Machined 3D part, custom built for the GS, using the highest standards material:
